Product description:

• This mounting pad is convenient for quick installation of an Fs218 mount with a bottom T-bolt on the hard, flat, smooth surfaces: a fishing kayak board (except for polyethylene ones), a boat with a hard surface, laminated wooden surfaces of inflatable boats (for example, seats).
• To install Ms220 tear off the protective film on the 3M VHB tape, press the product to the degreased surface and roll the edges well. You can use the pad as intended almost immediately after installation, but the joint reaches its maximum strength in 24 hours.
• The upper part of the assembly has the shape of the T-Track, which allows the mount with the bottom T-bolt to be fixed in it. The holes on the sides of the pad can be used to fix a strap.
• The package also includes a plug that protects the inside part of the pad from water and dirt while it is not in use.

Materials: fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, PVC.

Tips on using & installation:

• 3M VHB tape provides a reliable gluing joint, which is enough for securing accessories with small loads. For higher dynamic loads we recommend the pads, which are designed for screwing with self-tapping screws: the Mb218, the TRk150, the TRk255 or even FMb and FFr444 systems.
• It’s strongly not recommended to install this pad on inflatable cylinders!
• The pad is not designed for use with T-Track adapters of other models and from other manufacturers and can be used with BORIKA FASTen® Fs218 mount only.

Technical Details:

Designed for installation of an Fs218 mount, which is equipped with a bottom universal T-bolt, on the hard, flat, smooth surfaces of the vessel: fiberglass, aluminum, or wood without drilling. The pad is round (Ø 100 mm, height — 15 mm), it has two oblong holes for fixing the strap. It is made of PVC, reinforced with a polyamide insert in the center of which there is a hole for attaching the T-bolt of Fs218 track adapter. It is equipped with 3M VHB tape, with which it can be stuck to the installation surface.
