This plate is distinguished by a stylish design and the highest possible reliability, which are achieved due to the use of aluminum alloy, covered with a black anode layer as the material of the plate itself. The design consists of one ball & socket and one spline tilt joint.
Is suitable for any vessel and is intended to mount Garmin, Lowrance, Raymarine and Humminbird fish finders with a screen size from 9″ to 12″.
There are 8 mounting holes, which coincides with the mounting holes on the bracket of popular fish finder models. If necessary, the user can drill additional ones.
The plate is covered with anode layer, which provides not only stylish matte black color, but also additional protection of the metal against rusting and negative environmental influences.
There are four oblong holes along the perimeter of the plate, which are designed by analogy with the modular MOLLE system and allow additional accessories, for example, soft BORIKA FASTen® pouches for gear and equipment be secured on the plate. This makes the product even more functional, helping to organize the space on the vessel, which is especially important for small boats and kayaks.
This model also includes several adapters: an SBa038 ball & socket adapter can be easily disassembled into an Ab038 ball and an Sb038 socket. This type of joint allows full rotation around the sphere, so the position of the screen can be easily and quickly changed.
Using the socket as a conversion adapter, the structure can be installed on mounting systems from other manufacturers equipped with a ball of the same size (1.5″).
The plate is compatible with all BORIKA FASTen® mounting systems and mounts (FMb, FMp224, FMa, Fs218, extended mounts, mounts on the round rails, etc.).

Materials: aluminium with black anode layer, fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, polyurethane, A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel, brass.

Tips on using & installation:

The base of the fish finder monitor can be fastened to the plate using screws in accordance with the step-by-step installation guide. You can use ready holes or make your own ones which will suit your equipment.
The spline tilt joint, which connects the plate with the adapter, reinforced with a stainless steel bolt, has side 27.7° splines. It allows the assembly to be complemented with Ex100, Ex160, Ex220 and other extenders, and washers with 7.5° splines (Dp230), which provide additional opportunities for adjusting the position of the equipment.
Please note that you can complement the plate with any other adapters and extenders or completely replace the set of adapters that are included in the assembly, for example, with an adapter with a spline tilt joint. For this, a compact mount is provided under the plate surface, which is suitable for fixing any BORIKA FASTen® accessory with male adapter shaped as a 12 pointed star.
After the end of fishing, the entire structure can be removed from the mount in one motion, without having to dismantle the equipment.
To prolong the service life of the product, after using it in sea water, rinse it with plenty of fresh water.

Technical Details:

Designed for installation of fish finders with a screen diagonal from 9″ to 12″. Consists of a plate (220 x 52 mm), a mount with female adapter, screwed on its back side using an M6*16 DIN 965 screw and an M6 nut DIN 985, a male adapter with a 27.7° splines tilt joint completed with 7.5° washers (Dp230 model), reinforced with an M6*25 DIN 931 bolt. The tilt position secures with a knob nut and an M6*50 DIN 933 bolt. The assembly also includes a male adapter with a 1.5″ (38 mm) ball (Ab038 model) and an Sb038 socket. The compression force can be adjusted by a knob, a spring, an M8*60 DIN 933 bolt and an M8 DIN 934 nut. There are 4 oblong holes on one of the plate edges and 8 holes on its surface, designed for mounting fish finders of popular models. The plate is made of aluminum with black anode layer. The rest of the parts are made of fiberglass reinforced polyamide. Fasteners — of A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel (except for an M8 DIN 934 brass nut).
