• This mounting system is a perfect solution for mounting a fish finder monitor and a transducer at the belly boats (float tubes), the size of which allows a strap to wrap the inflatable tube. This is a good alternative to gluing with two-component polyurethane adhesive: the holding system on the coupling strap requires a minimum of time for installation and is easy to remove without leaving any marks on the PVC surface.
• The system includes two Fs219 mounts in which are intended to be used for fixing the Sl223 plate and the FTr300 transducer arm mount, which are also included to the kit.
• Fixing is fast and simple: switch the locking mechanism into the UNLOCK position, insert an adapter all the way into the mount, and move the retainer into the LOCK position.
• The plate is suitable for a small fish finder with a monitor up to 7″. The mounting points of popular fish finders such as Lowrance, Raymarine, Garmin, Humminbird and others are marked on the back side of the plate. The plate with fastened equipment can be fully rotated without having to remove it from the mount.
• The FTr300 transducer holder is a model that has been designed specially for belly boats (float tubes). It is fixed in a mount facing to the outside of the boat and this allows the transducer to be fixed to a depth of 300 mm.
• The tilt joint between the transducer and the adapter is equipped with 7.5° adapter washers and a spring for quick spreading of splines. The rigidity of fixation can be adjusted with a knob nut and it allows the holder to be secured in the raised position when the transducer is not in use.
• The strap band that wraps the cylinder is made of high quality textile tape with low elongation, therefore it allows the equipment to be secured without the risk of the belt becoming deformed or loosened. The design is also non-slip during use.

Materials: fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, polyester textile tape, anodized aluminium, PVC, A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel, brass.

Tips on using & installation:

• Installation is better to do on the half-inflated cylinder. Once the strap is fitted on the cylinder and the location for the mounting systems is selected the boat should be pumped to the required level.
• One of the mounts should be faced upwards and the other one is perpendicular to it, faced on the outside of the boat.
• Use buckles to adjust the compression force and to hide the free edge of the strap.
• The plate can be fixed in an upward-facing mount. It comprises a male adapter shaped as a 12 pointed star and it can be also installed into any BORIKA FASTen® mounts.
• The base of the fish finder monitor can be fastened to the plate using self-tapping screws in accordance with the step-by-step installation guide. You can use marks to drill holes or make your own holes which will suit your equipment.
• The fish finder plate can be supplemented with FEx220 and FEx250 extended mounts, as well as a FAv210 mount with a tilt adapter. After fishing, the structure can be easily removed from the mount without dismantling the equipment.
• To prolong the service life of the product, after using it in sea water, rinse it with plenty of fresh water.

Technical Details:

The kit has been designed for installation of a fish finder and a transducer on the belly boat (float tube). It comprises the Sl223 plate, the FTr300 transducer and the Bm002 strap mounting system. The plate (106 х 98 mm) is suitable for equipment the distance between mounting points on which is up to 95 mm. The wall thickness of the plate is 3 mm. The transducer’s arm mount design consists of the tube Ø 22 mm (L — 250 mm), which is connected to the adapter, and the transducer fastening. The assembly includes two Dp230 washers. The strap mounting system comprises two Fs219 mounts, a strap band (L — 1.5 m), four strap holders, 2 plugs and 2 buckles. The package also includes fasteners: eight M6*20 DIN 912 screws, an M6*60 DIN 912 screw, М6*50 и М6*60 DIN 931 bolts, nine M6 DIN 934 nuts and an M6 DIN 985 nut. The main parts are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide. The tube — of anodized aluminium. The fasteners — of А2 (AISI 304) stainless steel (except for the M6 DIN 934 brass nut).
